Coconut Flour Supreme™ (Timed Release Coconut Oil™)

Unlike other coconut flour/fiber products which are the byproducts of coconut oil and coconut milk production, and which have had most of the oil removed, Coconut Flour Supreme™ is produced from premium fresh coconuts and nothing is removed except water. The unique production method produces a snow white, full-flavored coconut without the use of additives or preservatives (no sulfites) and it contains an average of 65% coconut oil by weight. We call it Timed Release Coconut Oil™ because the coconut oil becomes available over time as the body digests the minute particles of coconut. It is also a mineral rich food high in calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus and it has more potassium than bananas.

It can be mixed with smoothies or fruit juice, added to hot or cold cereal, used in baked goods and anywhere else where you want to enjoy the benefits of coconut oil and the delightful flavor of coconut without the mess. In addition to the benefits of coconut oil you have the added benefits of a high fiber food and coconut protein.
